Safestore Self Storage Acton

I have stored with Acton Safestore for nearly 10 years and had various units over that period and it has been a very positive experience. The staff are excellent- very friendly and always helpful. Parking can be an issue at times as they only have 4 spaces but 9 times out of 10 you can always get a spot. Great experience.

Every part of the process from enquiring, to getting into the locker was straightforward and easy. Karl, the manager was a delight to work with. He was really helpful and has always gone above and beyond his duties, to help make sure our experience went well. We had never used a storage facility before, so all of his knowledge was a great help and made it an easy choice. So many storage facilities to choose from in the area but we are so glad we chose safe store. Would be a definite recommendation and 10/10 from me.

The staff at Safestore Acton have been very helpful, courteous and supportive in every circumstance that I required assistance. I would recommend people who are local and need to put their personal items in storage to use this facility. Their customer service is excellent... 😊

After having being let down by another storage company at the last minute, I called Safestore and Karl was able to calmly reassure me that he would be able to take care of my requirements even though it was short notice.

He showed me the space before I signed anything ťo make sure it would be appropriate. He explained the contract and payment methods and we even got a great deal on storage boxes for my son's imminent move
