Access Self Storage Battersea

This was my first time using storage. Moving house is tricky as it is, so a big thank you to the team at Battersea for making the storage side of things so easy. Very helpful and friendly team.
Facilities are great- very clean and tidy.
Will definitely use again.

I am really pleased I decided to go with Access Storage. The team are so helpful and really welcoming and friendly, especially Francis and Kadeem (hope I spelt that right) and I got a really good price on my unit. Highly recommend.

I must say Kadem, deputy manager was brilliant in explaining everything about the storage system. He took a good effort to show us around and explain everything clearly. Excellent communication skills and brilliant facility, well controlled and protected.

Really helpful and flexible team -- especially Idris with whom I had most contact. Easy to come and go, adding/taking out stuff as and when you feel like it, once you've mastered the App. Recommended.

I contacted Access Self Storage Battersea and placed a £10 deposit for a storage space which I was advised would be refundable if I no longer required the space.

I have been attempted calling them and emailing them several times via email and phone call over the past two months to no avail and have not yet received my refund. Terrible service.

I had a very good experience at the Battersea branch. The team was extremely helpful and friendly, they explained the process of renting a storage space clearly and made my moving experience a lot less stressful.

I really hope you don't bring your children here.. as when the lift doors close they won't stop and your child will not be string enough to stop them.. they are insanely unsafe

Edit* this still has not been addressed .. the lifts still respond OK on the first closure.. but after that they are fierce .. verging on aggressive.. its not correct
