The team at Safestore Charlton is amazing, Mark especially, have been always available to clarify any queries. I had prompt updates always from them by email. The unit provided has served well to its purpose, was exactly within the space that I required and very clean inside. I am an Estate Agent and stored valuable landlords property with peace of mind knowing that the items stored have been insured in case of any unforeseen circumstances. I greatly recommend this storage facility, secured access, monitored, access 24h (although I didn't require late hours access, it is great to have should such need arise.). Robert, MD BELFERS Ltd.

This is an excellent storage centre. The staff are friendly and helpful, all areas and units are beautifully clean and look well maintained. Access could not be simpler with use of a fob and trolleys are provided free of charge, with a spacious lift available.
I would not hesitate to use Safestore again and would certainly reccommend it to anyone.

It's a great experience with Safe store. Great customer value, excellent service. On time update each and every thing was perfect will come again with Safe store. When ever stuck Mani and Mark was there to short it out both are very helpful. You guys are amazing, humble, and helpful.

I wanted to make sure to come here and express how kind and understanding everyone I spoke with at Safestore has been. I'd like to highlight the guy who checked me in on Sunday 24th July at Charlton and the guy who was taking my many calls and questions at the central call center. You did great! Moving out is an extremely stressful process and the smiles and the kind words I got from them did help.
Also, quality-wise, their facilities were neat and clean and everything went on smoothly. Really recommended.

I used Safestore in Charlton to store some of my property for around 5 years, so a long-term rental! In all that time, I never had any problems with them or with the security of my storage unit. The staff there have always been polite and efficient whenever I have needed any assistance or advice - size of unit to rent, for example. I have found it to be a very secure location and very easy to access and use, whenever I needed to store more property there, or remove some of it. I would happily recommend Charlton Safestore as a good place to store your stuff, with good peace of mind.

NO STAR - The worst customer service! What is that based on in my case? You can only measure customer service when the customer is in need of the service. Being polite when making transactions or selling is not customer service. Having a technical transactional process with few issues. It’s not customer service. With the jacked up prices at safe store after the initial discount and once the customer is settled in to the monthly cost. You would think that after being a customer for 6 years. Customer value and basic human common sense would be offered?
Towards the end of the month and 6 days before payday. I didn’t have enough to cover the DD. With a sudden overnight death in the family I needed to fly abroad in the morning. I was refused to pick up a suitcase from my space and not only didn’t the safe store person refuse to help but she was also being rude about it. It’s not a technical process that she didn’t have access to over rude. It’s simply choosing to not pick up the padlock key and let me collect a suitcase. Hiding behind policy like every case is the same. That is why safestore seem ok until customer service is needed. Then there is no customer service. In 6 days my payment will be made like it has been for 6 years and When I get back from the funeral I will move to another storage service provider across the street.

My company used Safe Store to protect some expensive Computers I made for an office. They ensured I had the correct valuation for my insurance and Mandi was very helpful in sorting this out for me. I moved out a few days ago and I cannot stress how quick the process was.

Even offered me a Tea whilst I was waiting for my removal van who turned up 10 minutes late.
