Access Self Storage Charlton

The staff here have always been helpful and polite - not just to me but the way I have seen them dealing with other customers too. Have always found a parking space and the odd time I have needed to come "out of hours" it was easy to arrange.

My first experience was over the phone with Shanice, she was very helpful and very keen to answer all my questions. When I decided to go through the process she was very helpful and patient.
Everytime after she still very friend and very approachable. 100% Recommended!! Lovely Staff

I moved my possessions into access self storage today! What an absolute disgrace! I before I go any further would not use this storage company avoid like the plague, I plan to get my stuff out of there ASAP. Firstly I went in 4 days prior to wanting to take the storage unit I watched staff be extremely unhelpful and actually rude to some poor couple who had used an anyvan service to store their possessions, that already didn't bode well for me however I gave the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my enquiry. I left paying a £10 deposit ( which I might add neither safestore charlton or shurgaurd charlton ask for!) And was assured when I arrived on Monday being Today all would be set to go. No that wasn't the case. I could go on and on but having only just got back from working a full day clearing one unit then waiting 25min to get into access self storage albeit with some guys who who where loading a truck letting me in as I had no security code. Not once did anyone care to mention you have to download an app which ridiculously gives you a separate code everyday to access this sub standard storage facility. If you want a hassle free not entering a different code in three different key pads everyday to access your things don't use this company, oh and if you by chance you forget your padlock expect to pay £10 for one. This is a case of " it does not do what it says on the tin".,the only available trolley literally looked like it was ready to be euthanized.

Just wanting to add that due to their brand new useless app that they force you to download. Your local Access Self Storage, is even more inaccessible. I was told because how we have too many units, it messes their app up, so that's why none of the five codes I have in my app would actually let me in to the storage that I'm paying for. Just to add, I've paid over £40K in the past year renting units here, and that's the kind of service I've been receiving.

The manager was friendly, highly professional and helpful without lowering the standard. And most importantly, not rigid.. It's my 2nd Access Storage and had very pleasant experience with both. Would most definitely recommend 👌
