Do not trust this man Tony Mac, aka Karl Kertess!!
The storage facility had no locks on my individual unit. After one month a padlock was fitted to one of the doors, still leaving the other door entirely insecure!! I found workmen inside my unit one day, and sandwiches lying near my sofa!!
Do NOT entrust this man with removal of furniture! Unbelievable damage caused to my new address and HE STILL HAS NOT PAID for costs of repair !!
Finally, after 6 long months Tony Mac has given me a "goodwill gesture" of £500 in "full and final settlement". The replacement doors alone cost >£1,500! Tony Mac told me that he is taking the men he employed to court to pay for the new doors. So he may end up making a profit! I guess that's what Donald Trump would call smart business acumen!

Tony has been really helpful during my move, the space is adequate and at a reasonable price. It was explained that I could rent a lock from him or buy my own to make the unit secure. Tony was more than accommodating in putting up racking for my items. Always contactable and a friendly atmosphere at the units. Would recommend!

We used Pershore Self storage whilst moving from Birmingham to the area last Summer. Tony was incredibly helpful and even arranged for some movers for us when we were ready to vacate our belongings.
The movers were very courteous and efficient and took great care of our belongings.

This company has recently provided a house moving service for us with on-going, long-term storage.
Everything went smoothly. The moving team were hard-working, well organised and quick but polite and helpful too.
As we were moving to a smaller property with plans to do building work soon, some of our belongings went into storage and we may move yet more into storage later too. This company is completely flexible and have made it clear that they will be able to help us with anything that comes up. With 24-hour access, we can put extra things in and out of storage easily.
It was all great value for money and much more affordable than some of the bigger storage and removal firms.
The management is fantastic. Everything was arranged calmly and carefully and without fuss. This is truly a great company and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I used Pershore Self Storage when I moved house during lockdown. I needed somewhere nearby with 24 hour access and Tony was completely accommodating.
Whenever I turned up during the day I was greeted with a friendly face and the offer of a hot drink.
The fees are better than anywhere else in the area but there's no compromise on security; CCTV covering every inch and top notch door hardware.
I can't recommend them enough and would happily use them again.
