Incredibly smooth process and really lovely staff. Very easy to come in a couple of days before and set everything up, including tour, so when we ‘moved in’ after hours there were no problems.

The whole experience from first contact for a quote, to my arrival and the flexibility to set my account via email, rather than face to face, as I work full time, really helped smooth the whole process for me. The two ladies who man the front desk are amazingly helpful and really do go the extra distance. The facility itself, is very secure and easy to use, as well as being very clean, which I find an incredibly attractive prospect.

I used MyStore Self Storage for short term storage and was very happy with their service. The storage rooms are well organised and tidy and the premises are secure which gives you a peace of mind.
To top it off the staff, Shannon and Cassie, who assisted me were very welcoming and professional, I couldn't fault anything about MyStore at all.

Cassie and Shannon at MyStore were beyond helpful! I couldn't recommend them more. So friendly and quick to respond to any queiries I had. They even stayed in touch with our removal van man to help ensure everything went smoothly.

Never had storage before so this was all new to me. From initial enquiry to showing me around, each member of the team have been patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I honestly couldn't have hope for better. The facilities themselves are exemplary and I have always felt safe even when I've had to use them outside of office hours. 5 stars doesn't seem enough - I really am grateful x

I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more friendly, efficient company. From the first phone call to enquire, Zoe Cassie and Shannon are amazing, I even got offered a cup of tea. The storage is brilliant and organised , my deposit was the processed the day after I left. Thanks, all of you, if only all companies were like you!

Great experience with really friendly and helpful staff. Always on hand with a cheery hello or some handy advice. would 100% recommend. Process was easy and fairly price.

I am very satisfied with Mystore in Witney as a place to store all the stuff I have been climbing over in the shed! Very helpful staff and well maintained facility.
