The process is very straight forward.
You register, provide ID and deposit then you are allocated your chosen size room and provided with a fob to access it anytime within operational hours. The assistance provided by Jade was absolutely amazing, she made it very easy to settle in during a very stressful day - Thank you again.

Staff are very friendly welcoming and efficient. Pricing is clear and for the first two months very competitive. Hopefully I don't need storage for longer as it then almost doubled. It's a shame that they no longer provide 24 hours access as this creates time pressure to arrive and offload items

Staff where so helpful and understanding. We where there after closing as we were struggling to pack everything into the storage . I was very grateful that they gave us longer. The member of staff even gave us a better price as the storage size we wanted wasn't available

She made sure they had the best space as they were unsure of what to get and how to go about it. She guided them through the process really well and answered all their questions.
