Storage King Epsom - Self Storage Units

Sending a massive thank you to Danny who works at Storage King Epsom. I arrived 10 mins after closing time (from work) on a Friday before the bank holiday weekend absolutely desperate to pay and reserve my storage so I could move on Bank Holiday. Danny stayed 45 minutes late to get me set up and show me around the self storage. I cant thank him enough, the man deserves a promotion!! Regarding the self storage- the process was easy, the price competetive. No complaints. Thank you Danny!!

Service is excellent, really lovely. Only down side is the price. Only thing which might matter for some people, is at the Epsom branch at least people aren’t allowed in the goods lift, so you need to be prepared to walk up to your unit if it’s not on the ground floor.

StorageKing at Epsom was an excellent experience. I visited on a Saturday evening, when it was closing time. Danny the Manager/Office-in-charge was very eager to serve customers, and he assisted me in getting the storage the same day even though he was late.

The contract to cancel was not followed up after I vacated the storage space. I received the upcoming month's invoice and contacted Danny, who handled the process and saved me a lot of money.

I had enough storage space to keep my luggage according to the size they suggested, and everything was kept very neat and tidy.

I am especially grateful for the way they value their customers. There is no doubt they provide high level of service by the friendly staff at their Epsom branch. It's my top choice when it comes to price and customer service.

Izzy was so friendly, kind and welcoming. She took the time to walk me through the process and we had a great chat which made a tough situation much easier for me.

Short term 2 month rental of the smallest unit. I fitted in 30 archive boxes. Units are clean and the place is safe. I managed the move on my own.
