Access Self Storage Ealing

I booked a storage for several months, price is not too cheap but i am satisfied with their service. Staff are friendly, and my stuff in the storage were kept safely . Thanks Access for your good service . -- I just want to remind those who wants to use self storage service , it's better to have a fixed plan ( cost, how long , ect) in advance, otherwise, the longer you put your stuff in storage, the more difficult you will find out that to move stuff out of storage , and you are actually paying fee each month. So spend money wisely if you have a tight budget . I thought i can move out within 3 months but in fact it took me 8 months to move out all my stuff from the storage . But, thanks Access West Ealing for looking after my stuff .

I have been absolutely heartbroken that I haven’t been able to fly to London from Connecticut, where I now live, and clear out my locker. After my dear mother died unexpectedly whilst I was completing my master’s in the UK, I was suddenly faced with handling far more possessions. I was also struggling with immense grief. The simplest decision seemed to be to rent a storage locker near where I lived at the time. Then the pandemic hit and I knew I couldn’t race over and clear it out. Although it remains a financial challenge, the staff at Access is always very pleasant and responsive. I look forward to clearing out that locker (hopefully sometime in 2022) but meanwhile, my dissertation files and precious mementos of Mom are in safe and caring hands.

I would definitely recommend Acccess Storage Ealing West. Customer service is great, very responsive team going extra mile to always assist with any query. Pleasure to deal with.

Happy to recommend Access Ealing. Our belongings were stored there for nearly 1 year before we were able to return for them. Everything was secure, dry and in excellent condition. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Thank you! HOWEVER, it took nearly 4 weeks and endless telephone calls for the refund from Access (for 2 week unused rental) to be credited to our bank account.

This is our 2nd time with Access Storage but this time in the West Ealing branch. Again, the service was excellent, welcoming and highly efficient. The process was fast and well explained ...we are very pleased with the facility. The person serving us this morning (Sunday 16/5) was very good and provided us with all the necessary information. Great service!

I've been a customer at Access Storage Ealing for a couple of years now, and it's been great. I mainly store business equipment and feel very confident in the security of the building - which is key when storing valuable items.

The site is always very well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
