Lok'nStore Self Storage Dover

Had a storage locker for blimey a a few years. The place is always spotless. Staff always on hand and well presented if anything was needed. I know where I am going if I need storage. Thanks for keeping my items safe and secure. All the best for the future.

My partner Shellie and I popped into the reception this week looking to rent a unit. We were met by Katelyn who was friendly and incredibly efficient. She immediately showed us around the facility and explained the set up etc. we looked at three different sized units and finally settled for the largest available. The whole transaction took less than 10 mins.. brilliant easy going experience, would highly recommend.

We needed a storage unit for several months between the sale of my previous property and purchase of the new one and made use of the facilities at LokNStore, Dover. In that time Jermaine and the other staff have always been on hand and have been very helpful and professional at all times. The facilities are always clean and access to the storage unit, quick and easy. We've now taken everything out of storage and released the unit. I have no hesitation in recommending the Dover facilities and thanks once again to the excellent staff who man it.

Location is great but what really makes Lok n Store Dover so great is it's staff. The welcome is Brilliant, they are so helpful, knowledgeable and what really tips it into phenomenal is the staff's willingness to go above and beyond. I am disabled and one of the things I need is to drink lots of water, when my water bottle is empty they are more than willing to stop and fill it up for me, Caring is what I would call these folk...

The staff at Dover are absolutely fantastic.. they are kind when I was really down and very empathic with me.. they made the whole situation easy.. they were brilliant friends to me without realising it.. if you have a bonus scheme please put your staff forward for the biggest one you have.. they should be the flagship for all of your stores!!! I can’t say thank you enough to them!! X

Tammy and Gemma are absolutely amazing, friendly staff. These 2 are a massive credit to the company. I'd personally like to thank the pair of these 2 staff for bearing with me before finally settling on a unit. Their patience is admirable and their customer service is flawless.
