Amazing customer service these guys go an extra 10 miles to be helpful and attentive to customers. Facility is spotlessly clean, and always you are met with a friendly greeting or a wave and smile from the reception if you are hurrying past. Chris especially has been so helpful, going out of his way to help with my regular deliveries. Every question is answered properly and they just make you feel like a valued customer. Very professional and its rare to find a team with customer service so readily provided with a smile.

Great service from the staff. But I think the website should do more to explain the mandatory insurance and give you an impression of the cost as quote nearly doubled with the insurance! Very clean room. Wish visitors would use masks. Bring your own hand sanitizer for keypads trolleys lifts. Different branches have differing pricing and opening hours so worth checking.

It was a great service. Exactly what I needed for a short term need, while finding a more permanent place to stay at (2 months). The team is also super super friendly and helpful. They answered my questions in a very fast way and were always willing to give me the best advice. Easy check in and check out. Thank you

I’ve been a safe storage customer for 8 months @ the Camden location, I live a good walking distance from the storage unit so I usually bring my dog in with me. Today I went in to speak about upgrading my locker to a bigger one and the NEW Manager said he needed me to drop my dog back home and come back without it to continue our conversation. Which is was #1 VERY rude and the tone was horrible and #2 he told me dogs weren’t allowed. I brang in my dog every single time I went to my locker. To the point their clients who used the lockers recognise my dog and would come pet it and speak to us. He really wanted to show his authority and control as he didn’t even suggest having a CALL about this. He SPECIFICALLY wanted me to drop my dog and come back. Horrible customer service.. by a manager nonetheless. Kudos to the older team at safestorage. I hope head office can see this and realise how horrible my experience was and how awesome the old team was (especially Solomon)

Giving 5 stars purely for Mansoor’s help and service, he is extremely friendly, helpful and helped me to save so much money. Went out of his way to help and advise me in a quick manner.
Also I found safestore generally very easy to initially book and reserve with, and the check in process was smooth and straightforward. Thank you :)

Fantastic service!!

I began using a storage space with Camden Safestore on Sunday 28th Nov 2021. I was running a bit behind time and very stressed. It meant that I did not have all my stuff in my new storage unit at the deadline of the store closing at 4pm.

Terry Badger the store manager was brilliant in that he kept the place open 30mins longer to give me time to put storage in. I cannot recommend his customer service and helpful way high enough. He made a difficult day so much easier. Safestore is lucky to have such a manager working for them.

Use this store as their customer service, if Terry is anything to go by, is the best of any I've used.

Great, personal, and very caring service! We were in a very limited time schedule, but fortunately, Terry was taking care of us, and he went the extra mile to ensure that we could get all our things stored before we had to leave. You made our day! thanks once more! :)

I have used the storage for 18 month and I was not impressed. There are some water leak, it is not very clean, the corridors are narrow, the trolley are not handy. The price also significantly went up three time. Once after the end of the 8 weeks discount which is normal but also twice during the contract.
