Friendly helpful staff, very informative on storage sizes and prices. Great service given from my initial phone call to collection of goods with their van. I have already recommended Store First to another 2 friends. Store First were the first storage firm I looked at and I didn't bother looking anywhere else.

Rob was marvellous. He saved me alot of hassle. We even got the first three months half price whilst my other place got built. Managed to get it all in one garage. Even in lockdown we managed to move. Massive bonus you get a van included to collect your stuff. Cannot recommend highly enough. He even got me a removals contact for when I moved in. Very happy punter. Seamless stress free service.

Brilliant service, really straight forward and helpful, great price. Couldn't be happier with the staff and the facilities. It was such a bonus to have everything collected and taken to the storage unit as well!

I rented a small unit out for 12weeks at the half price offer. My daughter wanted to rent a unit with the same offer. They refused because some of her items were in my unit. I informed them she is a new customer and the offer should apply. They refused saying that she can't move stuff from my unit to a unit of her own unless she paid the full price. Terrible business sense,she has now got a unit somewhere else, alot cheaper. I would recommend you look around before using these,use as a last resort only.

Helped a friend move in the other week and what a nightmare, she has a unit on the 3rd floor and waiting for the lift to take the stuff up and opening and closing of the external electric shutter took over 3 hours when the last storage place in Leyland was all on the ground floor so it only took 45 mins to empty it, so you have to consider the time factor in loading and unloading I would choose somewhere else

I miss the cow, please bring it back. Thank you.
