Ready Steady Store Self Storage Aylesbury Tring Road

Ready Steady Store, never used a storage facility before, went on line for the nearest branch Aylesbury, was set up in a few minutes and registered. When we arrived at the storage place we were greeted by Ann Revell (storage manager) delightful, friendly and very professional person who was very willing to help us through the setting up of our storage. We opted for the 24 hr access for our unit. After purchasing a lock at a very reasonable price we were shown to our unit and all the lift and access points shown to us. Armed with a loading trolley we commenced our many journeys back and forth to the storage, each time greeted by Ann or another member of staff.
After finishing our time at Ready Steady Store, we were promptly sent a refund for the time we had not used all sorted by Ann, we cannot say enough about how well managed this store is and how easy and friendly it always felt when we were there. Big thank you to Ann and the staff and Ready Steady Store, we will be using you again in the future.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the units are clean. If they had a telly, microwave and and a bed in them I would be happy to stay in one if i'm honest!

Renting a lockup couldn’t have been easier. The online check in was straightforward prior to getting the lockup. I felt reassured that security is taken seriously.
On the day, we were given instructions of how things work. The lockup was clean and easily accessible.
The staff have been fabulous, and booking a second lockup in the same building saved us a headache, when our kitchen arrived weeks before we were ready for it.
The first couple of months are at a reduced rat, which is very reasonable.

Having used this facility a few years ago I was extremely pleased
to see Ann and Gareth were still running things as they are always
polite and helpful with all my storage requirements.

This is my only experience using a storage company and it was a very good one. From start to finish it was well organised and efficient. Ann in particular was extremely helpful and accommodating when I need to add more space.

Moving home and business to a new town can be a bit overwhelming. I must say the professionalism of the team at Tring Road took all the pressure, uncertainty and stress away. I found the store online, called and within the hour I was all set up. It was just before close of work, and it did not make them any petulant to attend to me, they could have said call tomorrow.

They are always ready to assist whether on phone or in person. Wonderfully friendly, warm and efficient staff. Highly recommend.
