It is an excellent set up with everything you might need on hand. Adrian and Stuart have been very helpful at every stage of the storage process from booking to vacation after 16 months or so. All was very straightforward, communications were good and the storage space invaluable .

Friendly, helpful service given from the office. There is easy access to the storage - personally, via a large, rolling garage door (keypad entry) into a huge lobby with freely available trollies to use and elevator (which takes only the trollies to the correct level) - a side benefit is getting fit climbing the stairs. Everything is clean, dry and brightly lit. The padlock offered for purchase on site was sturdy and heavy. My only negative observation was a lack of internal CCTV - hopefully there is nothing untoward stored here! I would definitely recommend.

Stuart and Adrian look after us really well here. They keep a close eye on things and contact me when I do silly things like fail to put my padlock back on properly! I’d highly recommend them.

I used Storage Mart @ Ditchling Common, for 9 Months.
Found the premises/storage units clean & tidy, staff friendly & very helpful, espically when down sizing unit (twice) during in that time.
Would recommended them to any one, only down side not open Sundays
