Great rate, and great service. Clear instructions at the beginning, your lock is included in the price and there's no hidden charges, you only pay for the time you have you lock up. Will recommend and use again if needs be.

What a fantastic set of this is super clean friendly staff very helpful no pressure and take time to answer any questions and the best part is not only do you have 24-hour access there's another storage company in the same area would the same blue and yellow company colours that guarantee they will not be beaten well, I can guarantee you 100% that is absolute utter rubbish this place offers exactly the same and half the price and this place was much nicer much cleaner much tidier and did not try to push me into signing up and partying with your money there and then like the other company did and phoned me three times in the same day wanting me to go over and pay my first month deposit with them, like now!!

Applied and got a quote for a 200sqft unit. Got a phone call the nxt morning… hi, your in luck we just got a unit in that size available yesterday.. ha ha(really) brilliant!! I need it for about a month!! Sorry it’s got to be at least 3 mths rental. Seriously??? Maybe you just don’t want to honour the half price storage for a month. Wasn’t offered any other unit. So that’s my assumption.!! I’ll make sure to divert anyone looking for storage to safe store who was more than happy to help!!!

And in response to your reply…. So if what you’re saying it right then why wasn’t I given the chance to hire. I was told. “We like to keep the large unit for longer term hire” I needed a mth to store my house contents. But wasn’t given the chance. Safestore matched your offer though so all good!! 👍🏻😉

I'd be a bit weary and take use your own locks. Much to shock "my key" opened someone else's storage unit. Very worrying. Nevertheless cheap enough at discounted rates and the 24/7 access came very handy
