Great experience from initial contact to collecting items stored. Staff are very helpful by phone , email & in person. Was very well organised & offered helpful suggestions.

A really positive experience at SafeStore. Needed to store my daughters possessions for six weeks while waiting for new student accommodation to come available. They offered me Pallet storage as an affordable option for students. Talked me through the whole thing & we’re very helpful from start to finish. I will be using them again in the future.

Safestore is not only a brilliant storage facility where everything is well organised. The friendly and supportive staff especially Ruth are amazing and they have always gone out of their way to help me with any thing - that says a lot about a company I think. Safestore is a fantastic storage facility in a historic building so its a fascinating building in its own right. If your looking for a no stress easy place to store with super friendly staff look no further Safestore is the answer!

This is a very good facility, and my only reason not to give 5 stars is that I consider the prices set by head office rather pricey (having been a user of this unit and formerly a London branch for more than 25 years). The Bristol branch deserves FIVE STARS, their friendly staff are always helpful as regards reviewing the price, and greet me each time with a smile, sometimes a cold drink, always a warm welcome, and do their best to help me with out of hours access and more besides.
In particular I wish to commend RUTH MCCONNELL who over the years has been more than helpful in many ways, even if I arrive at almost closing time on a Sunday. You are lucky to have such people employed at your facility.
For those looking to store goods, Bristol Ashton Gate is a very nice place with which do to business. Thank you.

Emily and Dom provide a very professional and courteous service. I dont usually leave feedback, but have started doing so where i feel people have gone 'over and above'. So rare these days - I still dont leave many comments. Well done!

Locker units are a good size and keep all my stuff safe and dry. Only problem are the lifts, they need replacing desperately, keep getting stuck.

The staff and facilities are 2nd to none I had a very difficult move due to my removals, and the were always on hand with a friendly smile and solution to my dilemma nothing was too much trouble.
I can’t thank everyone enough and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

You didn't follow any leaving procedure and I wasn't informed of the leaving process. You then charged me a fee for non payment when i had told you I was leaving so I have made a formal complaint to your head office.

I have tried speaking to you many times and your attitude is terrible!
