Lok’nStore has been extremely cooperative and prompt with their service. They offered to collect and store my items even before my arrival into the UK. They showed a lot of flexibility in the initial paper work as well as everything was completed on remote for me. Iain, especially has been very responsive and cooperative all throughout. The facility itself is extremely clean and well-kept in addition to the economic services offered.

10/10 experience. From before I booked the storage they’ve been so helpful and polite. The day of my move in date Lee helped me and he was so amazing and helpful provided all possible information for me. Highly recommend

Very helpful staff. First time using storage so great when Ash & Lee went through the process step by step. Room size is perfect for our needs. Great to be able to go car to trolley to room with no carrying.

Helpful friendly staff. Nice clean well kept storage and corridors etc. lots of trollies for customer use. Bonus late night opening on a Thursday was a life saver for us!
