I feel somewhat perplexed about my experience here. I’ve been a customer since march 2022 and I left in November 2022. I first of all never got any of the vouchers for recommending new customers (2 new customers) but I never thought much of it.

The staff were always friendly and helped with any queries I had. I do not understand why when I left I was told I owed 1 day of rental which shouldn’t be possible since I gave notice 7 days prior (please bare in mind that I filed a vacation form which would ensure that I had 7 full days of notice) .

When I disputed that fact I was then called back a few days later and told I owed TWO DAYS of rental! Instantly confused as how did it go from me giving notice on time to then owing 1 day of rental and now 2 days ?! I once again disputed that fact and I asked what was the point of me filing a vacation form but I was told that then would be a debt on my name if I didn’t pay it but they would call me back in a few days when the manager is in to resolve this situation. The manager calls me a few days later to tell me it is in fact one day worth of rental and not two days that I owe. I honestly swallowed my pride and came to the office to pay what “ I owe” as I did not want a debt against my name.

This kind of confusion shouldn’t not be possible in this day and age. Records should be kept accurately. My vacation form should’ve been attached to my file. I didn’t even want to leave this review but the whole situation made me feel some type of way. I feel lucky that it was only a days rental and not more that I was told i owed.Apart from that everything was fine

Great service. Went in with a few general queries and was all sorted with a unit within half an hour. Super helpful lady at reception (sorry never did get the lady's name). Explained everything and showed us round. Nice and clean. There's trolleys and a forklift available to help you manage moving anything easier.

I stored all of my belongings here for almost 10 months, when I collected them they were exactly as I left them! Process of drop off and collection was really easy. Staff are nice and helpful!

Great customer service. Prompt responses from staff, especially Aidan. Cheapest storage in town with adequate parking. Would recommend!
