Me and my daughters run a homeless street team and this storage unit has been amazing for all out donated items we love it and lee and Terry are amazing lad's we carnt mention anyone else we've only seen these 2 haha but thanx guys your amazing xxx

Used the self storage short term. Really good value for your money. Great from start to finish, thanks for all your help. Would recommend and use again myself.

Damaged our wardrobe and draws on each of our tallboy units. Took no responsibility what so ever. Left our bicycle shed and bicycles in the house we have just moved from along with half the potted plants we asked them to take. We have now had to arrange a small van to collect these items , when I rang and complained they where just not interested. We thought we had hired a professional removels company to move all our items safely so we didn't have any stress, how wrong where we!! . If you are thinking of hiring this company to do your house move , I would strongly advise you to think twice.
Appalling service. After finishing unpacking boxes yesturday, we realised a box of books had been split by lunt removels because it was to heavy, this box has totally disappeared with my dogs ashes in it. I rang them yesturday and was told it was out of hours and to ring back today. GUESS WHAT! They are totally ignoring my calls. I have rang approx 10 times and it just goes to voicemail. I am totally devistated that my poor dogs ashes are stuck in a box somewhere , I just want him back home.

Great service and price couldn't find anyone cheaper and the lads were really good on moving us to are new property

We used Terry Lunt Removals for our house move as they were the best value and we can't recommend them highly enough. The lady in the office was really helpful and accommodating and Gary and the lads arrived right on time to load up the lorry - they managed to empty the whole house in just over an hour and were careful with our possessions. Due to unforeseen problems on the day, we didnt end up getting the keys to our new house so Gary helpfully placed all our items into storage overnight and found the time to move us in the next day. The lads put everything in the rooms we wanted and not a single item was broken or damaged!

Moving day is usually stressful enough without the issues we had but thanks to a great team of movers it went as smoothly as possible and we cant thank them enough for their help and understanding! We would definitely use them again in the future.

Great for storage not to over priced and the staff were welcoming also a toilet on site and everything is always secure

This was my wife’s first experience in dealing with REAL SCOUSERS and she came to the right place for a ‘first impression’ baptism. This was comedy show business for a Southern woman.
Bouncing from Dubai to Teaching in France and back to Liverpool to pick up a carton of Winter clothing.Nothing is too much trouble in this Scouse cabaret. Family and long serving employees make calling in a pleasure. You just might have to make your own coffee.
