Really helpful staff, friendly and good at problem solving. Felt my belongings were secure and safe which is what you want more than anything. Would use again if I needed to.

I can't fault ready steady store they looked after my home contents for 9 months and I'm glad I chose them. 10/10. Excellent service

Ready Steady Store is a very greedy company. They start off with low prices, then keep putting them up - even during Covid..! Once you have moved in your belongings, they have you where they want you. You must have their insurance, which is very expensive and they even send out letters preventing you from accessing your storage without reason. It was a very frustrating time and would never recommend them.

Good service , easy to find and affordable.
Everything was straight forward with good communication during the entire set up procedure.
Staff are only too Happy to help with any Queries.
I stored with this location for about 7 months and found that having the 24 hours a day access was really good.
The staff that I met any time that were on site at the time of my visits were always pleasant and also helpful.
I did call the customer services when I needed to and dealt with David who was very pleasant , Knowledgeable and sorted any Queries that I had with Great Efficiency.

Our goods arrived from Australia and we had seriously underestimated the size of the unit we needed. It was no problem and am additional unit was sorted within minutes.
Good communication- nothing too much trouble 😊
