Very pleased with the support and services Jason and his team offer here. Having a storage unit so handy to me has been a huge help to my business, which has been challenged to flatten supply chain issues during various lockdowns. Initially took advantage of the 3 month promotional discount, and will review come extension time. Facilities take COVID-19 seriously, as do tenants.

Great location and good facilities, however what makes this place even greater is the 5* service offered by the store manager Mike. I have been a client for a number of years and every time I have ever had a question or needed any help Mike has always been there to help. His customer service skills are excellent and always offered with a smile and and a sense of humour. Thank you ever so much!

The service was amazing, and the staff were super helpful. I moved storage lockers and accidentally left something behind in a previous locker. The staff went above and beyond to reunite me with my missing item. I was really impressed with the level of service, I had to change the locker size on my first day, and they changed that seamlessly for me. I'm really impressed and would use again and recommend.
