Thanks for your reviews, I definitely will not be going there . I called 3x today for a quote, its took them over 6 hrs to get that across. Their insurance cover only £2000 . You can't even buy cover from them too. If you want to store things over £2000 look else where

They are terrible and careless about costumers. I’ve been trying to get a hold of anyone who’s responsible for storage unit for 3 days(emails/calls) and I’ve been told that I will be called. After 3 days I’ve called myself again and I was able to speak with ‘the man’ Tom Wright and explained that I need a unit asap as we moving out. He said I will get an email soon with the details etc but never got it. I ve kept calling back and my calls were rejected.
Don’t waster your time with these people. Find someone reliable who answers your calls / emails.
