Wulfrun Self Storage

We needed to store the contents of our home whilst we carried out renovation works. After trying a couple of the ‘big box’ storage companies we tried Wulfrun Self Storage and are pleased we did.

Ian and his team arranged storage facilities for us quickly and efficiently. Ian was professional and pleasant throughout. Highly recommended.

Rude members of staff! I was in need of a moving and self storage service in Wolverhampton as soon as possible to move out of my student accommodation. I rung the number from google by accident meaning to just send a WhatsApp message. I sent them a message asking if this was the correct number. They rang back and stated I called them. I said yes but by accident, then asked again if I have the right number. Then the guy asks me why I’ve called them/him so early in the morning?

Common sense should tell you to send a message disclosing your opening hours and then helping me out when you’re ready to. Please if you’re desperate don’t even look in this companies direction; whether it’s that one man that’s in charge I don’t know but the customer service is poor.

Absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Ian helped me to move out of one house, stored my items and then when it was time, unpacked the unit and delivered everything back to me. Reliable, friendly, the prices are fantastic and I will definitely use this company again if I need to.

Fantastic company. They came to our rescue when moving house and needing storage quickly. Managed to hire three units at a really good price. Nice and clean units and easy to access. The owners are really helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble for them. Would highly recommend. Have enjoyed the experience.

Firstly when I arrived at the unit there were no paddlocks on it so it was unlocked.

The furniture arrived rom storage damaged; every item. Chest of drawers with chunks out all the drawers and pieces out the sides of units as well as deep scratches. I have had to replace it all. Boxes arrived with holes in. First time I used this company and in 9 moves it is the first time I've had anything damaged. Not surprising when I watched them plonk heavy boxes being put on top of boxes clearly marked fragile. When I pointed it out I got oh sorry. Then they did it again moments later!

When I complained I was told to look on ebay or to try painting it.
So much for peace of mind and after taking out their insurance too. Won't make this mistake again. I do not recommend.

From the false promises to the arranged collection that failed because of a football match under civid rules!
After that the poor access, poor service,.
There is nothing I could promote about this company and certainly not the employees or management that is purely a joke.
My advise is go elsewhere, you may pay a bit more, but, you get what you pay for.

Since you try to make out this is fake, there is also terrible access, normally blocked, gates are not open properly. To get them to move from the office is a step too far.
