Lok'nStore Self Storage Wellingborough

The customer service from LoknStore in Wellingborough was exceptional from the beginning. From the process of booking my locker easily online to an advisor taking me through their policies and procedures. I was nervous to place my belongings into storage but their signing in and out process put me at ease. The process is really easy and the staff are always willing to help and support with any queries. I will definitely be returning in the future :)

I needed storage due to moving in between places. They gave me a deal, a tour and made sure I know what I wanted and needed. I stayed stored with them for over 6 months and had no issues. Lovely staff, felt safe and easy to access in and out. Thank you

An excellent storage facility. Very friendly, helpful staff and nothing was ever too much trouble. They were always on hand to offer advice and assistance where needed. Our stuff was kept secure in a clean space and we were easily able to access it when needed. Would definitely recommend.

Storage is storage, but the staff are second to none. Always polite, friendly and ready to help. Should I ever need storage again I will not hesitate to use them again due to their excellent service.
