The premises are easily accessable with lots of parking bays available for all types of vehicles. The storage facilities are clean and easily accessable and to the 1st floor level by 2 lifts. The staff are very helpful and, although I had a size container in mind, advised me of various possibilities to maximise my requirements.

This is far and away the best storage facility in Exeter, probably the best in the country! Heather and Heath go out of their way to help - today I had to take delivery of a large and heavy kitchen unit, but nothing was too much trouble as they helped to get it inside and safely stored. Five big shining stars from this very happy camper! Cheers!

The two people working at around 4:30 on the 6th September were incredibly helpful and lovely to chat to. Stuart - who I corresponded with over email - was also incredibly helpful. We had to change our plans last minute and I was very confused as to what to do but he was great at explaining everything. Please please let them know how great they were.

Heather was amazing from day one with getting me a suitable storage room however, because I didn't give my 14 days vacation notice e I was charged an extra 113 pounds because I was not aware and apparently it was on my contract, no remind was sent to me which is a bad customer service and my whole customer experience was poor. Please ensure you give vacation notice so this company do not charge you extra
