Lock Stock Self Storage

Pretty expensive compared to some and i wouldn't say they are as secure either. There are better and cheaper options locally if you have a look around. Also quite rude when i spoke to them and they made it semi awkward to leave/stop renting.

Good place

Great customer services, feels less secure than other indoor storage units but has cameras everywhere and solid locks. You drive right up to these ones anytime with any size van which is handy. Easy to start renting, easy to leave after a few months too. Refunded us for the remaining days of that month and sent deposit back instantly. Spot on, thankyou.

My wife has had a lock up for many years , always paid on time. Recieved an appalling badly written email/letter saying the rent is overdue.

Letter starts Dear Sir. Not sure who is managing your administration department but would suggest that the company needs to proof read letters/emails before sending. Clearly not a good practice to achieve good customer feedback and satisfaction.

Used for a year or so. Easy to sign up and good experience with customer service. Easy to terminate contract too. Not the cheapest but as a local storage option they do fine
