We have office and storage facilities at Storage Giant Cardiff; I cannot thank Rhys, Matt and Raz enough for all the help they provide both personally and as business to us. Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of them, they are always very helpful and friendly.

I would highly recommend Storage Giant in Cardiff to anyone who is looking for serviced offices and/or Storage facilities.

The staff here are so lovely! They had no problem helping me and my my friend who uses a cane. Made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to work the lifts for the carts.

I have had my storage unit for almost 10 years, I choose Storage Giant because of its excellent location, pricing and convenient opening hours. They provide excellent service and all with a friendly smile. On one occasion when I needed a little help they were very willing to help. Nothing is too much trouble for them and everything is exceptionally clean.

First off, class storage unit — super secure and the staff have been nothing but helpful and kind and accommodating. Today when I was clearing my unit, Rhys helped me look up my code and unit number as I’d forgotten, and was so kind in making sure everything was taken care of on one of the most hectic days of my life. Service with a smile for sure, would recommend 10/10.

Highly recommend storage giant!! One of the cheapest storage I've ever used and with the best customer service I've experienced in the UK. I've used a lot of storage services as I move between cities quite often, but this storage was the best one in terms of price, safe and spacious storage rooms and customer service. The employees are ready to help in any way possible, very responsive and always with a smile and good manners! Thank you so much!

Looked at storage on Google and within 15 mins was called back from storage Giant. From the start, the representative was friendly and helpful. We talked about the different sized storage, and I was invited to view them. Nothing was too much trouble. I was shown the size offered but was also shown other sizes. The prices were excellent, too.
They didn't pressure me, and I called when ready. I messed them about a bit with dates, but again very friendly and accommodating. Signing up was easy, and all was sorted within 30 mins.
