Beach Breeze Cottage

Very nice cottage with enough luxury. It has enough space for a large family. It is also suited for small children. A baby bed and chair are included. There are also plastic plates and cups for the children.
The cottage is near the beach and near shops.
We had a lovely time here and will probably book it again.

We had a lovely time in this very well equiped, modern and cosy cottage in the centre of Caister. Just a few hundred meters to the beach of Caister. You can stay here with 8 persons! Everything in this house is thought through very well.

Very convenient location. Parking just around the corner. Walking distance to the beach. Takeaways nearby.
It is on the main road but once inside you couldn't hear road noise.
Lovely bathroom and living area.
Smart tvs rather than terrestrial.

Beautiful cottage

Nice property near to amenities. The place is modern, spacious, well equipped and clean. The kitchen has good appliances, especially the double range. It's about a ten-minute stroll from the excellent Caister beach and only a 20-minute drive from the seal colony at Horsey. I recommend the nearby chip shop and Chinese takeaway and the bakery. The 4th bedroom is downstairs and we found it to be damp and cold so I would recommend a maximum occupancy of 6, not the 8 that we had. The pop-up wastes in the bathroom sink and downstairs toilet sink were defective, so we couldn't fill either sink. The landlord has said he will replace them. before the next guests. He was very responsive.

Beach Breeze Cottage was very comfortable, well maintained and clean. We had a lovely weekend and would definitely recommend Stef &Nikki.
There are more upmarket locations but we enjoyed our weekend and enjoyed Saturday walk to Great Yarmouth which was just over an hour. If you don't fancy the walk there are lots of buses

Property front door on the pavement of a busy main road. There is no private parking, had to park down a side street. Not really a garden just a small area with a table backing onto a tatty pub. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom clean and good shower, could do with another shower for a 3 bed Property. Also only one small sofa in main room. Property does smell of damp and would be good if some toilet cleaner or bleach was available. Could also do with some table lamps as the 41 spotlights, yes 41! Are rather over the top and not very relaxing in the evening. Not a great location but all in all a nice Property.
