Native Mayfair

Very nice residence.. Loved the place for its location & amenities..

The only issue I had before was the check in time at 3 pm, while my flight arrived at 7 am. I could not find any one or able to contact anyone to help me when I arrived.. It was very cold & rainy back then, we had to wait for 2 hours to find the cleaner to take our luggage in, with an attitude far from friendly, i felt I was scolded for coming early!!

Then we went to another hotel to rest for the first day, and had long sleep until next day!

Other than that, it was excellent and well prepared!

Unfortunately lift is not working and we were not informed!!
Lifting Baby push chair daily and luggage upon arrival and leave was a disaster
Cot was requested and confirmed but was not provided until day 4
Location, furniture, cleaning staff are excellent

I've stayed in Native Mayfair more than once previously and it was good and comfortable. This time however our stay at Native has spoiled our vacation. The elevator was out of service for the whole trip and our penthouse apartment was on the third floor (while the other one on the first floor despite the fact we were traveling as a family), Carrying luggage up the stairs and communicating with the rest of the family was a nightmare. Warm water was cut off for 4 days and the upper level apartment was cold at night. We attempted to communicate with Native through phone, email and what’s app messaging but we received no response. Due to the mentioned reasons, next time we visit London we will be staying at a different accommodation.

Very well appointed rooms.Great location.Cleaning service was good except towards the end when the staff omitted cleaning our room on Friday 24th.

Also,was the cool setting on the air conditioners switched off?We couldn't seem to get it to work.Does it work during summer??

Absolutely Perfect. Amazing location just a 4 min walk to Oxford Street, we couldn't get over how quite the Penthouse was. The Penthouse is finished to a high standard and has everything you need. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, aircon in bedroom and lounge, also superb heating. There is a table with 4 chairs, and the kitchen and bathroom is superb. We Highly Recommend this property to stay in London, it's better than staying in local hotels that are so much money and such a small space.

+There is no luggage services to be carried, and there is no housekeeping services offered during the SAT & SUN..
Personally I would recommend them to change their pillows!
