When we got to our room we immediately noticed the room was dirty. The walls and drapes were covered in stains and the bathroom and windows were rusty. The smell coming from the bathroom was also disgusting. On top of that we had found bedbugs in one of the beds!! I left London with bedbugs bites all over my body. I absolutely do not recommend staying in this hotel. During our stay the object has cancelled our reservation and we can't even write a review on Booking...

Located in a very nice neighborhood, you find these apartments located in a premium location. The rug wasn't clean and the TV remote simply didn't work. In addition, there wasn't hot water in the shower and I had to take it cold. I'll be requesting a credit to Booking because this is unacceptable. Evidently a new service management is needed at this location

We first rented two rooms for a night. One of the rooms was full of mice and we even got bitten by one. The furniture is broken as well. The other one didnt have any mice yet but the bathroom light didn't work at all and we had to stay in it with three people because they didn't offer a proper solution even though mice are a huge health risk. They promised us a refund and told us there wouldn't be any people staying in there until the mouse problem got fixed. We then got to the room we had booked for a week and it seemed fine at first. That was until we saw mice, again. You can even hear them in the bathroom. After not receiving help for that as well, we then find out that someone else is staying in the room we previously stayed in, the one with the mice. Booking here was the worst decision we've ever made and we definitely won't be coming back.

Didnt get to stay there. Was booked in for 1.5 weeks. They let me know on the day that i had been upgraded due to an issue with my room. They then found an issue with my new room so had to cancel my stay. They did offer me accommodation 20min drive away but completely impractical. I would like to know the reasons for the room issues. I imagine it was a cleanliness issue from other reviews here.

An honest review. The check in process is a little overwhelming to be honest, but the lady on the phone calmly help us through even though we was starting to get frustrated with her. I can’t lie based on the reviews, I had anxiety. The room we got was clean, very clean actually and the heating was easily adjustable, the window was easy to navigate when it got too hot. I know most reviews state the noise is unbearable due to thin walls, unless we was the only ones booked there was barely any noise, just during the day it was a little busy but that was because it looks like some work was getting done. the noise was just from the stairs and people walking in and out tbh. However at night very quiet and can get a good night sleep. Towels provided were clean, the studio kitchen had working appliances. The entrance and stairs could do with a bit of cleaning but that didn’t bother me much as long as my room was clean. You can hear mice in the walls but none was in the room, we felt secure enough to leave our bags in. Ooh the self checkin and out was fairly easy to use. The bed could do with changing just for a little more comfort, the mattress had blood stains but with fitted sheets it was hidden, just I had to check for the bed bugs that I read about but noo bed bugs just a stained mattress.

Overall it wasn’t so bad for the price. I would rebook it again when it’s done renovation because I’m sure it’s going to be even better then.

It is sad that there are not many affordable options for hotels in London. The location was good, Beckenham was a cute neighbourhood close to the express train. The hotel was dirty and run down. There were mouse traps in the hallways. Our room was musty and there is only a small window. The walls were dirty in the halls and rooms. There were mattresses in the halls. The rooms needed a deep clean and updated fixtures in the bathrooms. The kitchenette was fine and had everything we needed. I definitely would never stay there again.

the “24 hour front desk” is someone on the phone, it’s entirely self check in. tv remote broken. noise isolation between rooms doesn’t exist. washing machine/dryer would not spin dry.

can recommend beckenham launderette where i had to take my soaking clothes to wash and dry. this place not so much.

First and most importantly, room needs cleaning, I would improve bed sheets cleaning as the most key factor here... WhatsApp service was really good and we asked for a hairdryer and was on the room on our arrival, they always answered quickly to all our messages. Location is great to commute. Room is just for sleep and go, but was warm and with hot water.
