A beautiful spacious warm/comfortable house, with 4 lovely bedrooms TVs in all -2 with ensuite. and 2 rooms very close to the bathroom. (All comfy beds) open plan downstairs with A lovely fully equipped modern kitchen with all the mod cons you could think of. A wood burner in the lounge, which was really cosy and 2 large sofas . Bi folding doors which lead onto the garden with an unlooked hot tub.and outside bar and some rattan seating. Inside A games room with a pool table and a selection of other games to play. Off road parking for 2 cars, a small park for the children just opposite, shops, pubs and the river just a stone's throw away. Highly recommended, lovely helpful owners, Overall weve had a lovely stay, and would love to come again in the summer months.

Lovely property, however managed by inconsiderate people who prioritise profits above a) the rules of the land b) saftey of elderly relatives. Since before the end of the first national lockdown this property has been let to large groups who have come to an area full of elderly residents. Be assured if your let this property during covid restrictions, you will recieve a visit from the police.

The accommodation was very spacious and comfortable and very well equipped. It was in a good position for exploring the Broads and the coast nearby ( half hours drive ). Family friendly- a good play park 2 minute walk away and Bewilderwood five minutes drive .

Overall the stay was OK, got time to spend with family under one roof after what has happened the last 18 months. We was not impressed that when we turned up, the place looked like it had not been hoovered from the last people, the cleanliness was no where near even a 2 star. I asked the owners if I could access the property slightly early, go be told that I would have to pay extra for another cleaner, having turned up an hour early and no one to be seen but we waited outside until 4pm on the dot and the place was not clean as expected. Also half way through the week, we were advised by an email that there would be work done with the gas and electric. The man turned up on Friday, assuming we was the owners and even expressed how disgusting it was that the owners would plan work when the house was being rented out and people were on holiday and should be done when the house was vacated. We were on our way out for an hour, so he done the electric and said he would arrange to come back with the owners to do the gas as was not fair on us. We also had no heating in our stay, which was unfortunate we did not have the weather, so trying to work a facility which should of been included to find the owners had removed the fuses out of the towel radiators in the bathroom and main heating had been turned off. For the money paid for this house for a week, was certainly not worth the money but as a family we made the best if our situation in the current times.
