I would have given 0 stars if I could. After booking a 2 nights stay with Kensington Comfort Hotel, no clear instructions were given on how to find the property, took me and my girlfriend 3 hours to find it. After finally arriving there, we called the owner to let us in, and he just informed me that the booking has been cancelled by me, when I never did it, so he cannot let us in, even when I oferred to pay for the room one more time. So here we are, stranded in London, the dream trip for my girlfriend ruined, and having to book a room at Royal Hotel paying 220 pe night, since we had no other option - it was almost 10pm. The gentleman on the phone extremely rude, seemed to be laughing in my face when he was giving me the news that I cannot have the room even if I booked it and I have a confirmation email. As expected, no apologies or refund received. Worse experience, ruined my London trip we were looking forward for 2 years.

There is no reception. We luckily found the clean boys and they open our room, but other colleges had to wait for more than one hour to get to the room (at 5pm). They barely answer the phones. The room was quite dirty, the sheets clean but the curtains were so nasty. Not recommended.

stay away! it smells bad and the rooms are very bad. the person who welcomed us promised a refund of the room when we couldn't stay there because my son had breathing problems as soon as we got there. have contacted them several times for the reduction I have been promised, without them taking the phone and taking the phone then they say they should get someone to call again or they say I have to wait a bit and sit down wait (where I've waited up to 60 minutes without them coming back in the call, I'll call again they won't answer). Booking.com through which the booking was taken, will not contact them either by mail or telephone.
