Full of old people

Bit of a run around if you have not been there before, some of the customers are very pleasant and happy to see you, some of them can be rude and abusive but with talking to them in the right manner they see and understand. It also feels you do get dumped there and with no experience of how the building runs or any fire regulations, no one to turn to if any problems a raise only at the end of the phone and they are in an office some miles away.

Just moved in with the wife, she needs the extra care available here. Manager & staff all very pleasant & helpful
