Well that's a first. I arrived at a this Timpsons to get a key cut. I was the only customer in quite a large premises, I guess this branch offers all services. There was one member of staff doing something like paperwork at the till. The unique experience was that I was told to wait 20 minutes. It was pointless to wait as I didn't have anything else to do in Slough. Instead I walked another 15 mins to the end of the high street where there was an independent key service. My advice is, if there's a long wait, at least explain a bit of detail as to why, otherwise you leave potential customers wondering.

@Garry - Thank you for the worst services ever. I found you a very organic person. I don't understand why you told me to wait 30min when you serviced a couple before me and a lady after me. Is it normal to ignore customers with bags and children at Timpson?
LI am looking forward to avoiding Timson in the future.
P.S. your joke was not funny that it will cost me £100 to make two keys.

As always did not disappoint. Store manager is a great bloke who knew how to do good customer service.
