The guy fixing the bracelet of my watch was very friendly and did it in exchange for a charity contribution. But I must say that the bracelet broke open the same day and since it happened during a motorcycle ride so I couldn't get the parts back. Very good shop for most small jobs, but you could be better off to take your watch to a watchmaker.

I visited Timpsons in Haringay, North London today 17/12/20. The assistant was at the computer reading something, I was waiting for him to turn around and notice that I was there, he never acknowledged I was there, he knew i was, as I was talking to a person at the sliding door then it closed behind me, then my phone rang, which I ignored as I thought I was going to get served, he still never looked up. After at least 10 minutes, of waiting , I walked out in disgust, this was very bad customer service, he should of at least looked up and said, ill be with you in a bit or something.... very disappointed..
Will not use this shop again

What an amazing experience! Went to get my watch battery replaced today (25/04/22) and was greeted by a super friendly member of staff who swiftly replaced my watch battery and set the correct time.

Leaving this review as I feel timpson harringay are a little over priced for the area, and wanted other people to know. I went there to get 2 keys cut and wanted 2 sets. I got quoted 7 pounds each key, or 2 sets for 20. I then went 1 min walk to north London key cutters and got both sets of both keys done for a total of 13 pounds, or if I wanted 3.50 each. That's half the price of timpsons. I feel leaving 3 stars is fair, and if I see a more competitive price to surrounding shops, I will give more stars. The shop it's self and staff are very nice, I just feel they have there prices set to high.

Worse than useless. Took a watch for a battery change, they managed to ruin the movement and wanted £65 to replace it.

The team are always so helpful.

I went into Timpson 2 weeks prior for shoelaces and John was working there. He immediately identified what laces I needed and since they weren't in stock he ordered them in and told the date they'd arrive. Lovely man. When I went back, they were there and so was he. Friendly, excellent service. Pleasure to see him there the second time.
