Shane was helpful and efficient, he was able to fix a jammed zip on my suitcase for me within 5 minutes, and didn't even want to charge me any money for the service. Would recommend Shane and Timson to any friends or family.

I had a watch repaired which was more than 30 years old. It proved possible to replace the mechanism which has given it a new lease of life. The service was excellent , interested and competent.

Timpson is morning thief's. Please dont for key cutting. They offer you cheapper price but once you done they say if you do multiples then its cheap. Total ripoff. I spend £25for just 3 keyes. I found another one in Modde just £12. Avoid.

Very good experience. Used watch and car keys battery changing service. Reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and know how to fix the things well.

Timpson Sutton - Took 2 pairs of boots for simply care on 08/01/22. The black leather boots only required clean and polish; no repairs. The brown suede-nubuck from LK Bennet only required professional care to avoid damage from winter weather ( rain & snow); no repairs too. It was barely worn and was in good nick.I returned on the date of collection 12/01/22 and was shown my pairs on the countertop by the male employee. My brown suede-nubuck was completely unrecognisable. It had changed its hue to a darker brown, the texture had changed to looking drenched with some solution that made it darker and it seemed to have been buffed, giving it a leathery worn dull sheen. The texture was ruined from the suede-nubuck look to this darker brown worn leathery looking boots .The male employee was completely unconcerned and egoistic about the situation. I was completely disappointed in his customer service approach particularly when he told me that I brought the boots to him in that texture. I showed him various recent pictures of me wearing the boot and due to the pandemic, I had barely worn them. Morever, I often drive due to a disability. This man decided to offer me 'goodwill' as an unhappy customer by not charging me for the pair that was ruined. If I bought a pair of boots for over £249, it's sadly laughable how £25 charge would soften the blow of a ruined pair of boots. Regrettably, I could have bought the shoe care system from the LK Bennet and carried out the care by myself. I really thought Timpson had the expertise required to care for such boots. I would no longer patronise them and advice anyone who do not want the suedes ruined not to take them to Timpson. I paid and left despondent - teary - due to lack of due diligence and non-chalant behaviour of the staff. Get you suedes ruined at your own peril.

Always a great service at Timpson, plus I love their values and background. They do so much to support the community and children in care. One of the main reasons I always choose their services.
