My wife took my front door key in as she had lost her own, went and did some more shopping, when she came back, she was given a choice of two keys as they didn’t no which was which, turns out neither were the right key and wife was sent away with the wrong key! After finding out she couldn’t get in the house she had to return to the store where she had to wait for the other customer to return with our key, no apology given and tried to blame her for the error!
I would give zero stars to this if possible, do not recommend, will never return, luckily there is an alternative shoe repair and key place in Swanley will definitely go there in future!

Update: 30/05 : finally got the correct keys and neither would fit the door! Returned the following day and got replacements, unbelievably these still did not fit!!! My wife returned today (31/05) and got a full refund... incredibly, the guy serving, did not seem in the least surprised or bothered which suggests to me that this is common! I have never known such a fiasco to get a couple of keys cut, next step is to email their head office, amazing that this company is still in business, my advice, avoid like the absolute plague!

I put my Loake Shoes in for resoling. The member of staff said that i would take about a week. 4 weeks later i am still waiting for my shoes. No communication. No apology. No explanation. Terrible service.

I paid to get a key cut for my flat. The guy done it, I tested it and it didn't work. I went back and explained it didn't work and the guy tried arguing with me about it and cut a new one no questions asked. I didn't chance it. I went to the key cut place in the main street and paid more money. It worked first time. So avoid timpsons, I will be back for a refund. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely awful customer service. The person serving there was rude and arrogant. He wasn't interested in serving going at the back several times. We had to keep waiting for him when we had a question. He started cleaned the touch screen during the time I was selecting the pictures I wanted to print. Even my 8 year old said bye and thank you as we left but not a word from the guy who served us.
We will never go back there again!

Guy was rude to me and starting shoving my car key in my face which I found disrespectful. Kept telling me different prices of what I wanted each time I enquired , tried to overcharge me £70. He should not be working there.
