basically, I was at the store the day before, to tighten the chain on my watch. The man who did service, looked like he was in a hurry. Didn't care much if i was satisfied with the service provided. Next day I been again in to the store because I was not happy. The staff (Arron) help me very hell, big smile and explain to me I have 30 days to come back if anything I need regarding my watch ( service been paid for) That was very kind. 👏🏻👍🏽

I went there for key cut. The first time, the key he cut looked bad and without any surprise, it did not work. The key could not even been put into the lock. I had to visit again, which wasted me lot of time. In addition, the staff is not very nice, the attitude is not friendly.

Refused to cut the key. He wanted me to buy blank blade from him. Guy refused service only because he wasn't gonna make extra £40 on very same blank from eBay that i already got.

EXTREMELY Rude & aggressive staff, was unable to talk without shouting!! Yelled a price from zero - £75 for a sole to be glued on, "can it possibly cost £0.00? " He shouted - "is zero too low for you!! " NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!

I arrived 10 minutes before closing time, the shop assistant refused to serve any customer. He started complaining in a patronising tone that he lived 30 miles away and just wanted to go home. Disgusting business etiquette really, 0 customer service skills and was incredibly rude when I tried to challenge his excuse. It’s basic business and I expect service when the shop is open, even it’s to tell me there isn’t enough time to do the service I required. He didn’t even ask what I needed and showed no empathy.

Visited the store today and the staff member was rude and abrupt. Didn’t want to serve me had me waiting in the store as he was too busy on his phone.

I wanted a key cut and even had the blank keys. The man with the pony tail looked at the key and said he wont cut a key despite me having a blank key which was an exact match, since he had previous customers complaining keys didnt work in the car! I told him i need a key as a spare and if doesnt work it didnt matter but, he declined! Shere stupidity, i walked out and went to Masters in Ealing. They cut both blanks in 5 minutes and charged me £5.00 each!!!!! I wish I had gone to them first and they know their keys and customer service. Shame on Timpson WONT BE EVER GOING TO THEM!
