Langley Shoe Repairs - Locksmiths - Engraving

I have been going to Bill’s for years now but today he really went over and above to provide excellent customer service. I called him at 4.30pm to ask what time he would be open til. He said he would stay open late for me to give me enough time to get there (he normally closes at 5pm). I arrived at 5.30 expecting to just drop off my boots for re-healing but Bill repaired them then and there, saving me another trip (I come all the way from Staines, so I’m not local!). An expert cobbler providing a first class service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

This man is a rip off merchant. Today he tried to charge me £15 for a replacement battery for my £50 Pulsar watch
He replaced the battery approx 2 years ago and charged me £6, I reminded him of this.His reply was that my watch was an expensive one hence the price.
I subsequently took my watch to Mark Whenham in West Drayton who replaced my battery in under 2 minutes for a fee of £4.50.
I have given him 1 star only because I can't post without nominating a star, If I had it my way he would be getting nothing.

Second time Ive visited, this time to have a leather camera strap repaired. The owner fixed it there and then and for a reasonable price.

Amazing service, the owner ordered the right supplier for my bag and fixed it fast for a really good price. Would recommend this service.

Very disappointed. 1st pair of shoes had a too long nail in that went through my foot. 2nd pair was picked up recently. Replaced heel pads came off just after few steps. I will certainly avoid this business in future. Waste of time and money to be frank.
