Not a good experience. Had a standard key cut here for a front door which cost about £7 and was pleased with the service. On my second visit I got a watch battery changed. It was £30 which I questioned and was told it would need a new rubber seal which must be replaced when the watch is opened and this was an involved job so I felt okay about paying £30. I ended up waiting in the shop whilst the man changed it. It took under 5 minutes and he didn't change the seal. On questioning this afterwards I was told that I've paid for a watch battery replacement and that is what he has done and the watch seal did not need replacing. Very unhappy about this, but he wasn't prepared to discuss further.

Top quality, professional service, the man who cut me 2 new keys today was brilliant. Great price and open on Bank Holiday. He even managed to copy my key that was broken in half. Highly recommend.

Bob was brilliant, sorted me a new car key for £50. Great service, I was in a rush as it was an emergency and he couldn't have done more 5/5

Useless told me can't cut my car key because of the metal will brake when using the lock even tho its electric just didn't want to do as I did most of the work by swapping it all over instead of getting rip off by them same old story no one want to work anymore just want to get to paid to do nothing

I got a replacement watch battery here. The quote was slightly more expensive than I used to pay for elsewhere so I ended up going for the lifetime guarantee which, whilst a few more £, should pay for itself within a few years. The man who was running the shop was very friendly and polite so I would recommend on that basis too.
