They are now so busy because of not enough staff and having to staff the key cutting et cetera that the dry cleaning/laundry side has suffered tremendously. If you want a pair of trousers cleaned it takes a full seven days and the pick up is after 5 o'clock on day 7. They do an excellent job but the staff just cannot cope with the workload. Used to take my laundry and trousers every week virtually but not now because it takes too long. Very short sighted of management to put more and more on the staff because in the end the business suffers and the customer goes elsewhere.

The ladies were great and done a fantastic job of cleaning my coat. It looked very tired and worn before and it now looks brand new. Thanks Kath and Paula!

Paula and Kath are so helpful and friendly. A very personal and friendly service. Often take time to have a chat and show interest. How was your holiday etc. quality of cleaning is spot on and a quick turnaround too. Highly recommended. Always a pleasure. Five stars and I would give more if I could!!

staff were very helpful, tried to find blank to cut a key but unfortunately unable to get exact replacement.

Over charged
Needed a battery , could have bought 2 in the supermarket for the price of one , the girl just rang up a fiver on the receipt, could have been a fivers worth of anything.

I took a broken key back and the lady working there was miserable and unhelpful, she also made a sarcastic comment and asked 'if I want to check the new key for any scratches that might break it'! And then handed me a bent 'new' key. I had to get my money back, she gave me cash but I paid with card!

Very expensive everywhere else do 3 keys for£10.00 will never buy from them again, would have put NO stars if it let me,,7.50 for 1 key then 3.50 ech if you have more than 1
