Buyer beware - had a pair of heels replaced and they only lasted 1 week of -indoor- walking before they’d been worn to the nail. Spoke to the guys working and they said it was my problem - apparently women’s shoes aren’t made for London streets according to them (haven’t had problems previously). Not even sure they actually replaced the tip as it seems more like they may have coated the previous worn down one. Very corrupt - high prices, low quality, capitalise on high traffic at the station at the expense of repeat business. Avoid at all costs.

Following my review, and the reply from the owners, I took my shoes back to the shop and they agreed immediately to repair the shoes free of charge. I picked them up next day, and they appear to be done properly so I am pleased that my issue was resolved and I appreciate the good customer service in dealing with the issue. Of course, lesson for next time would be to do it right the first time.

Went there for shoe repair, paid £60 for a new sole and patch repair. The shoes came back with patch repair not done, they apologised and gave the shoes back, fully repaired, the next day. 3 months later and the sole is coming off the right shoe! Shoddy work for very expensive prices. I would not recommend them!

Cannot believe the attitude of staff over a miscut key didn't want to refund with the receipt and key which was used to cut the new one even though gone out of my way to return using my own money, key was miles to short and shoddy, fair enough to return as not fit for purpose but the hassle over £6 really. Very disappointed as used before with no problems. When refunding me would not give a copy of refund receipt so expecting to be charged twice but will inform credit card company today anyway to ensure refund, customer service is everything nowadays and you certainly fall way short. Plus never heard excuse a copy is a copy when the key I gave works perfectly.(After response below maybe look into your refund policy as this was cut Tuesday and returned today and yes I do understand the air bnb issue but I had the original key I use , it was mainly the attitude which was the issue and you could clearly see any refund via you till today, as I pointed out customer service and I had used you before)

In March I dropped some trousers off to the altered. The next day we went in to lockdown and I was unable to collect my trousers. Subesquently the London company I worked for closed down due to Covid so I did not need to travel to London again. Fresh Collection held my trousers and jeans until now (September) and very kindly sent them to me on my request. I now have my trousers and jeans and am very happy with the alteration work done but even more happy with the excellent service!! Thank you Fresh Collection!!

Terrible service, shoe repair looks really cheap… unfortunately on an expensive new pair of stilettos for which I wanted to have the sole protected. I’ve used shoe repair for many years and that’s the worst job I’ve ever seen. In addition, the shop closed before indicated hours which meant I had to make an extra trip to the city to get my shoes back on the next day.

I dropped my white blazer that had a long wear lipstick all over it shoulder. It also had some dark stains on the back. Fresh Collection got rid of all the stains, even the ones I didn’t point out. Great job! Will use it again.

Sara is absolutely incredible, 2nd time having my suit tailored here and not disappointed, I travel from far in London just to use this service, 5 star!
