I can safely say that the young lady who has been made manager is making a vast difference to this branch. She is extremely pleasant and knows how to treat customers well, so that they will return.

One of my watches bought from ebay fall apart shortly after purchase. It turned out someone tampered with it already. I think it was a bit of challange to put all things back together although Timpsons worker (fella with glasses) had enough experience and patient to make it all good. Grand job. Thank you.

Seemingly very helpful when calling about a dry cleaning enquiry. However. Called our usual local dry cleaners in a local town who we didn’t realise was open yet due to COVID and they were less than half the price quoted. And the manager was the person I spoke to and said he would do a special deal if I was able to bring the item down straight away. So beware and shop around - I’m sure there are cheaper options available.
