Got my sister's watch battery replaced. Payed more to get a life time membership so we never need to pay for a battery for that watch. You can get other things done there ie
Spare keys show heels. I have been there a few times during the last few months and found them to be very friendly

It was in deed a bit expensive, but the guy working there got my request done in no time even tho he was very busy!

Tracey was amazing, very helpful and suit and shoes were done when she said.

The most dearest place to go for any watch battery. A £1-50 watch battery and fitted £13 .50 total rip off went elsewhere l done for £8.00

So I go in to ask for shoe repairs. Steve looks at me and says, that's well beyond repairs but I'll have a go. How much are you charging, I ask? Nothing! Because I can't guarantee the results.
What an amazing guy. We need more honest people like this.

Definitely the LAST TIME I AM USING TIMPSON. I gave a some keys to do to Timpson Croydon (purley way) a month ago.The gentleman was very friendly. When I ordered and paid for the keys I have been told that it will take about 7 days and that I will receive a call when my keys are ready. After 2 weeks I didn’t received any call and could not get through to the shop so I went there and have been told that my keys have been lost so they reorder another set for me and that it will be here in 7 days. Again they reassured me that I will get a call when the keys will arrived. It has been now more than a month and I didn’t received any call and no one is picking up the phone. Definitely the last time I am using Timpson. So unprofessional.

Great service (i used the dry cleaning service) from friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located right outside Sainsburys.
A bit pricey though (pre-pandemic prices, despite slower turnaround due to less frequent collections)

Great engraving service by a lady named Tracy. She was professional and ensured I was happy with my font choice.
