Shoe Tappers keys engraving

Having spent weeks trying to get a new security key cut (it was an old one from the 80's) and having tried a few different key cutters (including one who attempted the key 3 times, each time it wouldn't work in the lock)...I walked past Shoe Tappers and thought I would give them a try.

They were very friendly and helpful and having properly studied my key, they cut one for me promising a full refund if it did not work or a second one for half price if it did work and I wanted another!

I am pleased to say the key worked perfectly - Shoe Tappers saved the day!

Have taken in shoes several times to this shop. Always friendly, honest and hardworking, even when presented with unusual requests.

No one ever answers phone in the shop , it was unplugged when mentioned it when I went down again only to find after a month my shoes weren't repaired .Was told I would get a call when ready for collect . Went in the following week only to notice them
myself on the bottom shelf when told still not ready . Repair costing £20.00 for a very small bit of stitching and elastic repair on an ankle strap made was so weak with a very thin piece of elastic, not happy. This is still not resolved.

Dropped off a pair of very worn boots, paid £35 for new heels and soles. Said they'd be ready in a week and they were. Both members of the team I met were really helpful and friendly and don't make you feel rushed. The repair on my boots is absolutely spot on and I'm really happy. 10/10 I will be back with another pair!

I snapped my door key and they were able to make me a perfect replacement! Cheaper and far better service than the timpson in Asda.
