Amazing service!! I needed 20 keys cut for my company and left them with Rob. Due to the amount of keys I needed cut he explained he'd need a few days and didnt have the blanks required. I really needed 2 cut ASAP and a few hours later he turned up at my work, he'd found a few of the blanks, cut and tested them and then brought them over to me! Couldn't ask for better service.

Excellent customer service provided by the two gentlemen who cut spare keys for me.

Visited the Timpson in Woking Asda on Forsyth Road at 18:30 yesterday evening. The Timpson shop was still open even though it should shut at 6pm and the the gentleman working there kindly replaced the battery in our car key, keeping his store open even longer than he needed to. Always very friendly (I've been several times for keys, watch straps etc) and has a smile on his face, a real credit to your business and should be recognised for his hard work and excellent customer service.
