Broke my van remote and asks me to run around sorting the problem!
Went into timpsons after sending them a photo
Of my remote control for the van. The guy asks me to come into store and said he could repair it by replacing the case and button. In fact he totally destroyed it and the functions that were working on my remote stopped working. The lock button didn’t lock my van but did the opposite and opened the door. The button that disarmed my alarm did not work at all nor did the button that opened the side door.

As it’s my work van I got upset and asked them to sort it, the advisor then told me that he will have to change the remote to a new one, he said it will cost me, which I was not happy to pay any additional money as it was not my fault that the remote was tampered with and it the. Stopped working. After some discussion in him trying to convince me that it was my fault and that the remote was the problem and he did what he had to.

This will be my first and last time that I visit these novices, they should not be allowing staff to work on technical devices if they are not properly trained to carry out the work. I had to the. Bring my vehicle back home with the remote not working. For me to get into the van I have to unlock the back door, The. Go to the side door the. Open the front door then make my way to the driver seat. The advisor then texts me after work I asking me to go and buy a battery and try something else for it to work.

Again, bunch of novices, having read the other reviews it all now makes sense of why I have received such poor service and they don’t know what they are doing.

I will be taking this matter further as they have damaged my van remote and they should now put it back in its original working condition so I can get a refund and take my business elsewhere.

Needed a new phone screen for grandson. Obviously he didn’t want to wait long but we left the phone with Richard at 5.45pm sat and he rang to say it was ready next morning before 11am,the opening time, so had been worked on out of hours. Very pleased with service, thank you.

Outlet in fosse Park is outstanding. They have so much knowledge.

FOB BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR LIFE .

Just went for dry clean for 2 jackets went to collect and jackets was still dirty and had stains still on them won't be using them again.

Had a watch battery replaced on their lifetime battery guarantee, it's left the watch with moisture stuck inside of it and now you can't see the time. Was fine previously.
The chaps advice, put it in a bag of rice. Thanks for that Mr expert. Safe to say I'd rather pay someone else £16 for watch battery in the future.
