Ingmans Cobbler Footwear Clothing

I recently emailed Andy for a quote, shoe repair, from the outset he was very quick to respond and very polite. I posted my shoes and they were transformed back to almost new. There was a slight mishap in that they were not posted back to me and it looked as though I wouldn't receive them for the date I needed (a work function) Andy insisted that he wanted to fulfil his commitment to me and drove from Ingmans to me home and hand delivered them. This was above and beyond, I was very pleased but also humbled that he would care so much to take a two hour round trip to keep his promise. I will be using again and would certainly recommend Ingmans if you want very good customer service and top quality shoe repairs.

Andy fixed my Harley Davidson leather jacket zip and I honestly couldn’t be happier! I’ve now worn it for around about a month and it’s been faultless! It’s like new! He was super helpful, speedy and kept me informed about the process. Super impressed and will certainly be returning any time I need anything done! Would highly, highly recommend.

EDIT: returning customer, took my other half’s leather gloves to Andy today at 4:00pm for two of the fingers to be altered and at 5:15pm the very SAME DAY he has rang and said they’re done! Couldn’t be happier with the speedy and reliable service Andy provides! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!!!

Had my Wolverine 1000 mile boots re soled by Ingmans. Super job. Very professional and courteous service. I've got two more pairs of boots that need some work. I'll be taking them to Ingmans very soon. A proper shop with some fine top quality footwear and a wonder selection of menswear and accessories. Take a look online.

I needed a strap fixed on my Montblanc laptop bag ready for meetings in London next week. I contacted 4 specialists and was met with lazy responses, 3 week lead times and more.

I contacted Inghams and they couldn’t be more helpful. Not only in there response to my query but squeezed me in on a Saturday and has the bag fixed in an hour for a exceedingly reasonable price.

Thanks Andy, I’ll certainly pop in again to pick up some shirts soon.

I decided to take along a pair of Trickers, that I had purchased specifically for a upgrade project, after being impressed with Andy’s work on his YouTube videos.

I wasn’t disappointed- as soon as I walked in the door I was struck with how attentive Andy and Darren where. They listened to my ideas and and their enthusiasm instantly shone through.
After working out the finer details of my job I was even shown around the workshop- a privilege that many craftsmen would guard jealously!!

After just a week and with some excellent communication from Mr Ingman, I was called to come collect my shoes…..

….I’m blown away!!!!
I was welcomed with that same enthusiasm and Andy was as giddy as me to share his creation.
The shoes look amazing. Just what I asked for and I’m amazed at the wonderful detail that only handcrafted can render.

I will update on wear and tear later in the shoes life.

I have no reservations recommending Ingmans for any sartorial needs. They have a beautiful line in shoes, clothes and accessories; And as far as shoe repair and leather works - I doubt you could find finer!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was very impressed with the quick response and turnaround on my shoes.

I was looking online for a good cobbler and search came back with ingmans. I am so glad I used them as they have done an excellent job on my shoes and fone exactly what I asked for.

I will always be using them in the future and would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a top quality job and professional expertise of the skilled people who work at ingmans.

So pleased to have found Ingmans! I took my Dear Frances sandals to another cobbler and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. After a quick google search I found Ingmans, I sent a message via the website and Andy got back to me the next day. Fabulous service from start to finish, such a friendly team and my shoes look fantastic! My initials are even on the soles. Couldn’t be happier :) - thank you Andy and the team for saving my favourite shoes!

Absolutely menswear heaven, we went in to buy a shirt which we loved and then after looking round saw a leather jacket which we could not resist. It is that kind of shop where everywhere you look the stock is superb. Apparently run by a father and son, nothing is too much trouble, we love it.
