My dad had bought a lifetime guarantee on a battery for a watch, the guy had difficulty getting the battery to fit which caused it to run out in 4 months. My dad went back in and didn't have the receipt, the guy recognised him but still wouldn't honour the lifetime guarantee. A simple look on the system or just plain good old customer services would have sufficed. Now left out of pocket, won't recommend and will tell people to avoid.

Was later told by another company that it wasn't even the right battery and fitted a new one for free for his troubles elsewhere.

My girl friend was charged over £30 for a watch battery when I paid under £10 somewhere else, avoid this shop they will have your pants down

Repaired my car key quickly and for a decent price. The man was friendly and cheerful, great service!

Rude and overpriced. Tried to charge me £25 to fix a buckle on a pair of £35 shoes. Pathetic.

The young lad who served today is a credit to the company. Polite, humble and genuinely cares about his work. Unfortunately I didn't get his name but he gave a heart to my daughter, a true gentleman. Thank you for your kindness. In these times it rare.

Very rude and totally unhelpful. No attempt to help me or the lady before me. Was abrupt and seemed to have zero patience for those who’s skin colour was not white. Visited just before 1pm today. All I wanted was to pick up UPS parcel, I followed the rules but he was having none of it.

Really helpful guy in here, asked him about "Silver Polishing Cloths" , but they don't have the kind Iam after.... They do however sell, a cloth that is super soft, and quite big, for polishing up jewellery after you have used the proper cloth, that has cleaning pigments in it.... Super friendly staff though....👏👏👏👍👍. Well, done...
