I went to get a new heel on one shoe and took the other along to make sure it matched. The man working that day told me I should have them both done and pulled the heel off the second before I could protest, leaving me with a bill for both heels (which was much more expensive than Shoe Care in Wolsey Place have ever charged me for the same service). He then told me that it would take an hour, which surprised me but as it was a busy day I understood.

We then came back a little over an hour later and was met with a smirk and no apology, and was informed that he hadn't done them yet. I asked how long it would be and with a shrug he told me "I don't know, half an hour?"

We left again and decided to wait over an hour this time so we wouldn't have to pointlessly queue again if they weren't done. When we returned we received the same rude response. I asked for my shoes back and told him I'd take them elsewhere and he told me (again, without apology) that he would do them there and then for me (which makes me wonder why I had to wait over 2 hours at this point). When I pointed out that I could get them done for cheaper and with better service elsewhere, he at least had the courtesy to staple on the heels for free so that I could just have them shaped by someone else, and this is the only reason the review was not 1 star.

In all: expensive and appalling service

I have been living in Woking for 5yrs and coming to this branch for their key cutting and shoe repair service. I always deal with a gentlemen named Simon. And all I can say that he is supper efficient and super polite. :) He must know my whole shoe collection by now :P

No actual locksmiths for advice/quotes in the shop just for key cutting.

My key was snapped I had no other spare key I went to them with the snapped key and they replaced it within few minutes and it was their exact match to the door which opened and the service is really good friendly

A very polite gentleman working behind the watch repair counter served me in the Peacocks outlet. Unfortunately the shoe repairman wasn't available today, but the gentleman behind the watch repair counter was very helpful and referred me to their other Timpson outlet in Wolsey Place mall if I needed my shoes repairing same-day. So I went there to get my shoes repaired...

In the Wolsey Place outlet, the gentleman who served me was also very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He repaired my shoes in 40 mins, showing me my different options. I would definitely recommend both of these outlets in Woking Town Centre based on my experiences.

Furthermore, my shoes cost a bargain £17 to repair, against an unfriendly arrogant quote of £70 I received from an independent shop in Canary Wharf (not Timpson).

I had a watch engraved as an engagement present for my fiancé (which he loved) and the guys did an amazing job! That claddagh pattern is unbelievable! Superb quality and very timely. The two guys were very pleasant and helpful. In the future I'll be using them for any other services I might require, such as shoe repairs and key cutting.

Luke, Ian and Leon plus their guys have always been superb from my experience. I've got to them for various shoe and glove related problem and they've always been very reliable, trustworthy and sincere with me, every single time, no exceptions. Thank you - I appreciate it! Raza =)
